As one of the youngest founders in Germany, our boss already brings over 10 years of experience in the event sector with him in his mid-20s. He has been the owner & managing director of MP Next since the memorable covid year of 2020. Our 12 team members come from a wide range of disciplines and all bring their own skills and perspectives to the projects. We work on equal footing - both with each other and with our clients, whom we prefer to think of as partners.

As a young team, sustainability is not a question of marketing or a sales strategy for us.
